"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing agent/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong factory or agent warranty. Our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
