• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada procurement/direct ship item. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer's or agent's warranty, nor do we provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
