• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada pre-order/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. • Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
