In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase/concierge service. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
