In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian concierge/direct-shipped item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local official or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
