"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our shop will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Consignment & Local Warranty: This product is consigned/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle them as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
