Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing agent / direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Legal Rights: In cases where the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
