Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details; website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the item is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
