In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada concierge/direct shipment. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.

• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
