• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Delivery Time: Goods are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing an Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.

• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt; if there are incorrect goods, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
