• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Goods are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct shipment/purchased through an agent. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be based on the current Canadian version. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving. In case of wrong product, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizes, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
