• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Lead Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing habits, screen displays, and manual measurements. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
