Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeliness is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsatisfactory fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
