⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact and follow up with you accordingly.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian personal purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer repair, part replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selections, personal preference, or fit issues are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on external boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, styling, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
