⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Proxy Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada will prevail. In case of significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once the original seal is opened, tried on, used, or damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there is incorrect merchandise, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered inherent product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
