"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada concierge/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local original manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
