• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly to Hong Kong from Canada via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or the item is unavailable, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no original factory or distributor warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, providing order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
