• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local warranty provided by manufacturers or agents in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Updates in Supply & Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
