• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery: Products are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. Our store will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact our store within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human error, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly supplied, clearly inconsistent with the description, has significant quality issues, or has shipping damage affecting the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
