⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Lead Times: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranties. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing habits, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantities, styles, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues.

Legal Rights: In the event of incorrect items, products significantly inconsistent with the description, major quality issues, or transit damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
