⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selections, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, such personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transportation damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
