• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to be delivered within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistical arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, our store will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• International Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is purchased from/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Order Changes After Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit are generally not accepted. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, artificial damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
