⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Procurement from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with a total lead time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is procured/imported directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranties, nor does our shop provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, selection of wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or after the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order information, full packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged in transit such that the product itself, its function, quality, or seal is affected, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
