⚠️ Terms for Canadian Direct Purchase and Sourcing (Please note before purchase)

• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please check all options and information carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours, including order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's instructions for size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
