• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.

• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
