The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Proxy Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before ordering.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Legal Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
