⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Sourcing and Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Lead Times are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian sourced/direct-purchase product. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no original manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently in use in Canada upon receipt shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, our store will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may exist due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original packaging seals are broken, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours, along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or is damaged during transport in a way that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
