• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there is a significant delay or if the item becomes unavailable.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian-sourced/directly imported item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable differences. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (non-quality related) once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
