⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or primary specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality defect.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to differences in body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns/exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
• Arrival Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: In cases where items are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
