⚠️ Terms and Conditions for Canada Direct Shipping & Personal Shopping (Please read before purchasing)
- Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
- Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
- Personal Shopping & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian personal shopping/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong factory or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
- Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
- Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time of order shall prevail. We will address any significant changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications accordingly.
