⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Procurement from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival takes approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in case of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a direct procurement/shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, usage, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, unless due to quality issues.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly delivered, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
