"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Shopping & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
