• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimates Only: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you if significant delays or unavailability occur.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This item is purchased via a Canada purchasing agent/direct service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, nor do we offer commercial maintenance, part replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once orders are submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Differences may arise due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, minor color differences or personal fit issues are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, or other personal hygiene items are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Upon Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for supplier or logistics verification.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, does not match the description, has significant quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
