⚠️ Terms of Canadian Direct Purchase and Sourcing (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are air-shipped from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt usually takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Notes on Use: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has shipping damage that affects the product's function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
