⚠️ Canadian Direct Import & Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Canadian Direct Import & Estimated Delivery: Products are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframes: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Differences may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, minor personal fit issues or color variations are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, unless for quality reasons.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality problems, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality problems, or shipping damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
