⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment and Estimated Delivery Time: Products are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. We will handle situations involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not returnable or exchangeable for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has significant quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
