⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If significant delays or inability to supply occur, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the item significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, unless due to quality issues.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
