• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are air-shipped from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you regarding any significant delays.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. We will address any significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in physique, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, minor personal fit issues or color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the official label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product, function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
