⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase and Procurement from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial services such as repairs, part replacements, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain intact.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, usage, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Upon Receipt: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours, providing your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for our verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
