• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Goods are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeliness is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our shop will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Pre-order and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian pre-order/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. • Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is incorrect merchandise, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
