• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged via international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimates are not guarantees: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/type selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• External Appearance during Transport: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to outer packaging; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are not affected, these are generally not considered quality issues.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body shapes, styles, ways of wearing, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or slight color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, type, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are errors in shipment, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has significant quality issues, or transport damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
