⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase and Procurement from Canada (Please note before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Lead Time: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to be delivered within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Lead time is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version currently in Canada received shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, function, quality, and seals are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or shipping damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
