⚠️ Terms for Direct Canadian Imports (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Canadian Import and Estimated Delivery: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframes: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a direct Canadian import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide repair, part replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For personal items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, clearly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
