• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, typically arriving in 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Service & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all selections and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Exterior: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Sanitary Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Upon Receipt Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up based on the individual case. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
