• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian import/direct purchase. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty applies, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, it generally cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received will prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, such personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken, they are generally not accepted for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
