⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact and follow up according to the situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. Our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving the shipment; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged during transit affecting the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
