⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please note before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Generally, they are expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong is provided. Our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is an incorrect item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
