⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment and Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. Our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our shop will handle it according to the situation.
• External Packaging Condition: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly differs from the selected specification or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours, providing order details, intact packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up accordingly. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
