⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Proxy Purchasing from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped via international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with a total lead time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Lead Time is an Estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy-purchased/directly imported item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong is provided. We do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches to outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the official label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
