⚠️ Canada Direct Import and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Import and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured via Canada import/direct delivery. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and our store does not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to differences in body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
